The Philadelphia 76ers have added three players on Exhibit 10 contracts ahead of training camp later in September. The club signed center Tacko Fall, guard Jameer Nelson Jr. and forward Saint Thomas, giving Philadelphia extra depth and competition before the 2026/27 NBA season.
Tacko Fall returns to the NBA
Tacko Fall is back in the league four years after his last stint with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2021-22. The 7-foot-6 Senegalese center arrives from the Chinese Basketball Association, where he averaged 10.8 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.2 blocks in 17.2 minutes per game for the Ningbo Rockets.
His size and international experience make him a candidate to compete for a two-way deal or a roster spot, though he will need to show mobility and defensive consistency in a crowded camp.
Nelson Jr. and Thomas bring G League experience
Jameer Nelson Jr., son of Jameer Nelson Sr., the Sixers' executive vice president of basketball operations, returns to the organization after averaging 18.9 points on 47.5% shooting, 3.4 assists and 1.2 steals in 25 games with the Stockton Kings in the G League.
Saint Thomas spent last season with Philadelphia's affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats, posting 12.5 points on 46.6% shooting with 5.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists. His versatility gives the Sixers another wing option to evaluate in camp.
What Philadelphia wants from training camp
These signings deepen Philadelphia's preseason roster and create internal competition without locking in guaranteed spots. Exhibit 10 deals are a standard way to fill out a training camp roster and identify players who might stick on the main roster or in the G League.
The moves were reported by RealGM, TalkBasket, Fadeaway World and Piratas del Basket in their preseason coverage of the NBA.
