Khalifa Diop is leaving Saski Baskonia to join the NBA with the Cleveland Cavaliers, four years after being picked 39th in the 2022 Draft. The team announced the Senegalese center will wear number 18.

Four-year deal

The deal is for four seasons worth about 9.26 million dollars with the first year guaranteed near 1.36 million. Cleveland held his rights since Draft night and activated the move announced by Koby Altman, as reported by TalkBasket and Piratas del Basket.
